Highlight Episode 55 of the SERVICOM Help Desk Radio Programme

The 55th Episode of the SERVICOM Help Desk Radio Programme held on the 26th February 2019, the National Coordinator/Chief Executive of SERVICOM, Mrs Nnenna  Akajemeli  appreciated the Brekete Family within and outside, she greeted those that voted, Inec , Adhoc Staffs and observers for participating in the entire electoral process.

On feedback, the Nodal Officer of National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) Mr Lawal Haphiz was called live on Radio to inform the public why Miss Blessing Onu have not received her Certificate despite various assurances, he said at the process of her Admission into the institution, she was not having the complete number of credit as required to gain the admission but was however admitted by one of the officers who is no longer with them and that is highly against their standard.

Mr Lawal said when the school noticed it, her certificate was withheld, he however pleaded with the lady to exercise patience since management are already on the issue to find a lasting solution, he added that her case is an isolated hence she cannot be victimised

The National Coordinator said SERVICOM will still look into the matter and it will be settled, she added that part of the delay for realising the Certificate was because she submitted her result very late despite finally getting the complete Credits. She appreciated NBTE for taking up the issue immediately the information got to them.

The Public Awareness Manager Miss Patience Musa encouraged citizens to call SERVICOM office when they experience service failure; she said the essence is for poor services to improve and for government offices to do what they are set up for.
